Proxy Instructions

In accordance with Article V, Section 10, Rules 10A and 10B, please be advised of the following:

Section 10.  Proxies.

10A.    Central Committee members unable to attend a Central Committee meeting held in another County may give his or her proxy to another member from his or her County.  In no event shall a Central Committee member carry more than four proxies.

10B.     All proxies must be in writing in the form approved by the State Central Committee and shall be filed with the Secretary of the State Central Committee.
